We are CertMind, a Dutch certification body, member of the Agile Alliance.
For expansion this 2021, we are looking for a sales executive to serve clients from LATAM and the USA. We are a team of professionals who seek to create disruptive experiences in electronic commerce and we invite you to join as a sales executive.
You will be responsible for creating a sales channel through prospecting and qualifying potential customers, phone accounts, and email. Specific responsibilities include the successful use of sales and prospecting tools to generate demand and deliver qualified leads to assigned Territorial Sales Representatives. This position will cover the LATAM market and will be located in Colombia..

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by implementing eCommerce platforms (B2B, B2C, marketplaces and custom developments)
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Propose new and innovative topics to be discussed in web conferences
  • Create and implement long-term business models and strategies
  • Promote the services of the company needs or the objectives of the client.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify and develop accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects by phone and email.
  • Research accounts, identify key options, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
  • Handle and successfully overcome objections from potential customers.
  • Develop productive relationships with potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in direct or cross-selling of IT-related services or products.
  • Knowledge in eCommerce (desirable)
  • English B2 or C1 (desirable)
  • Call structure and control
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Ability to simplify sophisticated ideas, business processes and product offerings for prospect understanding
  • High level of comfort with cold calls and talking 1: 1 with C-level executives of large companies
